Service Promise: Our service rigorously carries out procedure documents and quality manuals. The promise is provided in accordance with market and customers' requirements.
Service Department: The after-sales service department provides the relevant service. Meanwhile, foreign agencies are set for international customers.
Service Policy
The three packs of policy will be implemented if situations below are approved.
1. Customers rigorously follow the operating instruction and handle properly;
2. In one year from the purchase date specified by the register card of EX-factory, the mileage shall be under 25,000km;
3. Damaged components are caused by manufacturing, assembly, or design;
4. The damage should be confirmed by regulatory agencies and garages;
5. Written documents should be sent to the service department in 3 days.
Detailed Service
Free Promised Maintenance: The promised maintenance is offered to products in the warranty period. The service is free except electronic components which are often out of order.
Lifetime Warranty: Costs for replacing damaged components will be charged, if products are out of warranty period.
